Livia is a very happy little baby. She is enjoying all the new ways she gets to interact with the world. She is sitting up all by herself, although she is not quite proficient yet. She has been active since in utero and continues to play with the same vigor. She is nearly crawling, but lack of skill doesn't inhibit her ability to persist in perpetual motion until she reaches her target object. Last weekend, we had to baby-proof, since she can now work herself around the room. To fuel all of her energetic romps, she is now adapting her palette to people-food. She loves peas! Her favorite time of day is bedtime. After her bath, she gets the sillies; consumed with the simplest joys in life, everything amuses her. She decidedly finds mommy infinitely more funny than daddy. Clearly, a superior sense of humor.
